We thoroughly enjoyed the family atmosphere and the rooms where fairly quiet with separate bedroom. It had pet friendly policy and include a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a microwave oven. The hotel's location was great and incredible, very close to a very nice park, the beach, restaurants and shops and cafe or restaurant.

The location is marvellous and incredible, close enough to the amazing long beach, restaurants. the staff is exceptionally nice and amicable at all levels. the ambiance is FAMILY.

We recently stayed at Tasman Holiday Parks in Hervey Bay for our visit to friends. The location was great, close to all the places we wanted to see. The cabin was comfortable and clean, with all the facilities we needed. The park staff were welcoming and helpful, and we loved the travel pack provided at check-out. The pool was large, quiet, and shaded, perfect for a relaxing swim. The kitchen setup was good, with a dishdrainer which many places don't have. it was a nice and convenient place for our stay.

Very comfortable cabin with a nice queen-sized bed and clean amenities. Fantastic location near the best beach in town and within walking distance to cafes and restaurants. The check-in process was easy, and the staff at the reception were helpful.

The pet policy was not enforced consistently, as dogs were allowed in the camp kitchen area during happy hour. This made it a bit chaotic and not very enjoyable for those who wanted to relax and have a meal without the presence of dogs.

The location was convenient for exploring the area and the staff were generally friendly. The amenities were clean and well-maintained. Plus, the park was pet-friendly which was a bonus for us.

Our romantic escape was soured by one particularly unpleasant staff member who spoke to us rudely about our dog. It put a damper on the whole trip and because of their unfriendly attitude.
